DSCR Investor Loans in Oklahoma
Last updated October 14, 2026
ABS Home Mortgage offers DSCR loans for rental property investors in Oklahoma. A DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) loan qualifies the property on its rental income rather than your personal tax returns, so it suits self-employed investors, investors with many properties, and borrowers whose tax returns understate their income. Programs, eligibility and terms vary by property and borrower, subject to underwriting.

Rental property investing in Oklahoma
Oklahoma's effective property tax rate is about 0.79% of home value (Tax Foundation, 2024 data). The homestead exemption is for owners who live in the property, and the application asks whether any part is rented, so investors should budget the full tax on a rental.
Landlord-tenant basics: a landlord may begin eviction five days after a written demand for unpaid rent (41 O.S. 131). Deposits must be held in an Oklahoma escrow account and returned within 45 days after the tenancy ends and the tenant makes a written demand (41 O.S. 115). Cities may not regulate rents on private rental property (11 O.S. 14-101.1).
Tulsa requires a short-term rental license before you advertise, and Oklahoma City requires a Home Sharing License.
